If you are ready to do the work, then I am here for you.  Self-Love is the foundation of healing.  It takes a certain level of responsibility, focus, and time.  Give yourself the gift of healing today, and I am here to support you.

I have years of experience working with people in various settings: domestic violence, troubled teens, teaching: standard and special education; group counseling, case management, nutritional therapy, herbal medicine, and mind-body-spirit support.

I have been supporting my own health journey for the last 20+ years with holistic medicine; cooking from scratch; fermentation/sprouting/brewing; mind-body techniques; self-exploration; energy healing; growing fruit, vegetables, and herbs; and more.

Struggling with my own health imbalances over the years, and working with others, I have realized the amount of work that it takes to create well-rounded health and wellness.  It's not in pill form.  It's in your heart, your mind, and your body: breathing one breath.  While there are certainly acute conditions that arise from life on planet Earth, many chronic issues are due to layers of emotional, mental, spiritual, and physiological imbalances.

I love utilizing diet/nutrient-dense nutritional therapy and highly bio-available herbs as you can find superior results in a short amount of time.  I am also a firm believer in sleep and stress management techniques.  I specialize in empowering others to take charge of their health, no matter the issue or diagnosis.

I truly believe that we heal ourselves, but that we need support and guidance--this is a good thing!!

We exist in community, and this in itself is healing.

My professional training includes: BA in Psychology and Culture, Teaching Certification and Masters level education courses, Certified in Permaculture Design, Certified in Nutritional Therapy by the Nutritional Therapy Association,  615 hours in Herbal Medicine: Clinical Herbalism with Nicole Telkes in Austin, at her Wildflower School of Botanical Medicine.  I am enrolled in the East West School of Planetary Herbology, Professional Herbalist Course.  I am also an Epidemic Answers Health Coach.  Formal studies in HTMA include: Holistic Mineral Balancing Course.  I am participating in Lynne McTaggart's Power of 8 year-long Intensive Master Class, and am Reiki Level II.

My hobbies include: hiking, camping, gardening, playing, cooking, reading/researching, painting, experimenting, refurbishing furniture, and some light carpentry.
