Many are sensing the shift of the ages and are looking for guidance.  The world around is changing rapidly, the rules are changing, and the safety nets are disappearing.  We are forced to deal with new situations very quickly, and it can be very difficult.

 There is no need to go through it alone.  

Many are asking: What is no longer serving me? (Intuition),  Why are things not working for me as they did before? (Uncovering Blocks), What can I do to make it better? (Personal Responsibility), How can I make an impact? (Purpose), What am I here for? (Alignment), How can I have better relationships? (Unity).  Sometimes we have hit a brick wall, and need help getting up and moving forward.  

Coaching is designed to have a partner walking with you.  

Empowerment Coaching is a specific program of taking personal responsibility with focus and goals to get you from where you are now to a specific place where you are not yet.  It is a process, and a new way of doing what you do.  You will learn new skills: equipping you with resilience, fluidity, and movement, with more breathing room and space to make the changes you desire.

It is the result of dreaming a new part of you into being.

Empowerment Coaching, as I have come to call it, is a journey of uncovering, learning in the moment, taking responsibility, and filling up your toolkit to equip you with skills to for the rest of your life.  My goal is to have you leave our work together and move on.  Coaching is not meant to be long term.  I've designed this program to serve it's purpose with you and for you to only need check-in's as needed for support.  The length of our work together is fluid, to be determined by you and what you need and where you are currently.  

There is no fixed time frame, however, I believe working together for 6-8 months will benefit you the most.  This is because deeper change comes from repeating new behaviors, and getting help along the way as you implement these great and amazing changes in your life.  It is not a canned program, because the box is not one-sized-fits-all.  Different strokes for different folks.

 My toolkit includes: brain change and neuroscience techniques, holistic coaching techniques accessing all elements of your nature: supernatural, intuitive, mental, and emotional.  Nature based coaching allows for deeper healing when applicable.
